The engine that runs the Real Estate GTD workspace is built from 9 connected Notion Databases. The databases are stored under REG DBs.

It is highly recommended to work on the databases with the DB views here and not with the original databases there.

General Rules

• Each table contains a ‘Created’ field and an ‘Edited’ field. These field are populated and updated automatically and use mainly for sorting and filtering. These two fields are hidden by default in all database views.
• Rollup and function field names might contain special character at the beginning of the field name: # for count number, % for percent calculation, t for text formatting and others.
